As a Church of England school, our Christian values are at the centre of daily life. Our close partnership with St. Lawrence Church is an important part of this journey. From seasonal services to weekly worship, the connection between church and school nurtures belonging and encourages children to explore how faith, values, and community go hand in hand. We believe that every child is uniquely made with their own purpose and potential. SATS Results
Due to our small Year 6 cohort, SATS results are not published statutorily — but we continue to support every pupil to meet their potential and prepare for a smooth transition to secondary school.

Our performance is measured annually by the Department for Education, although data may not be shown due to our limited cohort size to protect pupil privacy.

At Ecchinswell & Sydmonton, our role as governors is rooted in service to the children, families, and staff who make this school such a special place. We are here to support and strengthen the school’s vision, ensuring every decision we make reflects our shared values of respect, responsibility, courage and inspiration.

As governors, we work closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to help shape the school’s future, ask the right questions, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to flourish academically, emotionally and socially.
