Our School

Everyone who visits our school comments on the warm, welcoming and calm atmosphere within. Our school is a happy and supportive school and provides a safe and stimulating environment.

We are located in the village of Ecchinswell, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a designated conservation area since 1990. The village is sited in the valley of the River Enborne within walking distance of  Watership Down the setting of Richard Adams famous novel.

The original school building was gifted to the school by the Kingsmill family in 1851.  It is now maintained by the local authority, Hampshire and has seen three major extensions in the last 150 years. The school now comprises six classrooms, beautiful grounds and an outstanding early years outside play area.

'Pupils said that the friendly family atmosphere is one of the best things about the school'

'Pupils behave well in lessons and around the school'
